Fdc physical removed, how to adjust fuel?

The fuel is now adjusted so it makes 10 psi max at 5th gear. I should be safe for now without a pyro. It runs much better than on 6 psi

Non turbo engine converted to whistler, safe egt and boost?

What is wheep tab? Its a m621 1968 model. Delivered to the Norwegian army, single wheels, lockers etc. Its not a td block, and the turbosetup is taken from a m35a2. thats why im wondering if this block have a weaker head gasket?

Thanks guys, so 12-14 psi is 100% safe to not get a meltdown, and not a blown headgasket? The headgadket on non turbo are weaker the td blocks ?

Timing is stock non turbo , but thats just fine. When turning up the cumminsengine i have, timing is also advanced. Where is the best place to drill? And do you drill whith engine not running, and use grease or what?

    Deuce bleeding/fuel problems

Have now screwed that bolt out of the hh. Its a piston down there, should it move or is it a tiny piston in the hole in the middle that should move? It seems like nothing move when cranking even if i tapped it a couple of times. But hard to see, the diesel is flowing out when cranking
