If you check the breaker and everything is good, it may be the solenoid. Check to make sure the kill solenoid on the side of the engine is not stuck in the out or kill position.
Make sure your red knob is out on the main panel.

It clicks when I push the dead crank up or turn the master switch to run position.
Large wires go tot eh glow plug and the starter soliniod.
Dead crank switch in the center, 24.5 left side cr1 and 24.9 on the right
Dead crank down to run position, 23.8 on left side 24.6 on the right
Dead crank in the up position to crank, 23.9 on the left, and 24.7 on the right.
Grounded my meter to the generator ground , tested on battery got 12.4 volts.
pushed crank switch up to crank, got no starter movement, and no readings on any of the pins, T_N_X
