I have a 818 super singled, working front pto winch for sale in Mass $5500 out the door, everything works. (except) the heat needs a few ducts. Also has almost all the torque arm bushings replaced with the New style HD with the zerk fittings for greasing.
Thats cheap. It'll cost you half that if you break down and get off the highway.
I'm in mass, I broke down in my F350 dually and to goto Uxbridge to taunton was going to be $400 because commercial dually.

When I look at the ends it looks like there's a set screw and opposite that there's like a slot for a "key"? Is there like a shear pin or something that goes in? The input on the winch is round with a hole as is the out put on the...
How about testing brakes, breaking the rear torque arm in the process having the rear axle slide back, rear driveshaft fall off.
Then trying to back up to the shop, helicoptered the drive shaft and destroyed it.
