Not trying to send people to one place or another but I have seen aftermarket rims ( not cheap ) but made to install on the truck with the tire no problems the ones I plan on useing are from Boyce equipment

Well I'm take some advice and try to buy a truck in my home state and hopefully that will help keep the cost low theres a few coming up at the end of the month and I might just get lucky at the auction
Ok not knowing how wide it trailer is it may be possible to rent a uhaul drive up trailer and with a winch or some brute force push it up there you could be able to go 55 or so
Ok I have used alot of diferent poisons but I have found large sticky traps with a bit of pb in the center place it under the the truck/car and check it one every so offten for the mice as for 8 legged the only thing that is a guaranteed to work is spraying them with bleach and for ants/fire...
