Dangier, The gear should spin very free by hand as should the shutoff. Did you pick that up in Delaware? If so, I was looking at that unit, looked as though it was in very nice shape.

I would think that flushing it with WD40 would get the old fuel out and be fine for long term storage.

OK, I cleaned the paint off with a brass wire brush and inspected it with a magnifying glass and there is nothing there. Kind of odd, the button code is stamped pretty deep into the body.Maybe they forgot the PDC.
