    winch installs

Yeah, when I first got mine I was a little hesitant but these are rock solid......if mounted correctly.

    winch installs

I need to post this in the for sale ads when I get a minute, but I have an extra one of these black 18k warn winches with wired control as removed from an MRAP. If anyone is interested send me a PM. I am in SE Ohio for pickup or I might entertain freight if the buyer pays. This is the one I...

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

Also of note if anyone is running all LEDs like I am, front and rear, try adding the European style lollipop lights with standard bulbs in the system. That setup has worked for me with the stock flasher unit.

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

It ended up not being my flasher unit, the replacement bulb with the integrated buzzer in it from those military guys had grounded out in the turn signal unit. They made it right.

Ideas for mounting rear electric winch

I have completed an install of one of the military Warn 18,000 lb electric winches, and I got got such a great deal on the winch itself I bought an extra thinking I could mount it to the rear. I am thinking of creating something to span the frame channels but before I start trying to reinvent...

    Air-O-Matic adjustment

This is the only thing that is inline, I thought it was just a safety valve of some type. Is there supposed to be an additional regulator? Mine is a direct A3 takeoff unit, and this piece mounts on the inside of the frame rail where the air goes through. I will look at it and see if there is...

    Air-O-Matic adjustment

I will have to shim the spring plates, I have not done that since putting the MRAP wheels on. It might be that there was oversteer and is now exaggerated. Also, here is a picture of that exhaust.

    Air-O-Matic adjustment

Two questions regarding this setup, I just installed a kit and it is acting strange. When I am going down the road on a straight stretch it drives pretty straight and true, but when I am on a slightly curvy road it is very difficult to steer meaning as I go into a right hand turn, I start to...

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

They are trucklite, and they were working with the same setup which makes me think the flasher just might have went bad.

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

$32 and I had thought I could make connections that would for the plug terminals

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

If I want to go ahead and replace my flasher unit does anyone know of this Grote will work? It looks like it should but I don't see anyone that has used it and said what the results were....maybe that will be me.

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

Since switching to LED it was flashing at different rates between sides, one had a burnt lollipop light. I removed it from the circuit until a new bulb arrives and now none flash. They light solid when on, each side, even the one with the incandescent bulb in the series.

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

I saw that but all it says is that he bought it and planned to install it. I will read back through all the pages again but I don't think he ever revisited it.

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010 on Deuce?

Anyone use Grote flasher unit 44010? I am looking at replacing my flasher unit since I have front and rear LED lights (plus two incandescent lollipop lights). This grote unit says it is designed to work with LED and handles up to 12 amps which I think will handle all the LEDs and a couple...

Heater install of M35A3 unit in M35A2

I also added the inline cutoff valves, not only to turn off during summer but to switch off in case of a leak so it does not drain the system.
