Yukon hardcore locking hubs. They are definitely stronger and that is reflected in the price.

I have 39" Toyo's on mine. I went with a 5" lift custom spring from Deaver, and also cut the fenders quite a bit. I don't have any rubbing issues no matter how much it flexes.
Tuff Country makes a good spring. They are made in the USA, have a lifetime warranty, and ride a lot smoother than other lift springs. I had the 4" lift springs on the front of my M1009 and was very happy. I did a lot of offroading with them as well.
These are the ones I installed. They fit perfectly.

I had a similar issue. I replaced my motor mounts with the correct ones from Napa, but they sagged back down within 6 months. So much so, that my fuel pump was touching the engine cross member again. I replaced them the second time with a set from Off-road Designs and no longer have any issues.
Those appear to be the exact same brackets I pulled from a civilian 6.2. The alternator base bracket gets changed as the ac one is a little different. The power steering pump mounts to the ac base bracket without any modification at all. Should be 5 pieces for a complete mount.
Vintage air will sell you the kit for 79-87 Chevy K5 w/o factory air. You can order it without the compressor brackets or compressor if you don't want it. That's what I did and used the Sanden 508 from them. It's an all under dash unit. Very nice, great instructions, no fitment issues. I'm...
Call them. I called and they were extremely nice and helpful. I'm not sure they list the bracket kit separate on the site but I know they will sell and ship it to you
I just put a vintage ac in mine and mounted the compressor, a Sanden 508, where the drivers alternator used to be. Had to source factory A6 compressor brackets, an adapter kit from A6 to Sanden, and then still modify both sets of brackets to make it work.
If I did it over again I would try to...
Nostalgic ac has a full kit for this. They have a compressor bracket that mounts below the passenger side alternator and comes with an add on crank pulley to drive it. You can buy the whole kit from them or just the compressor mounting setup. Great option as long as your not turbo, as the turbo...
