definitely make sure you keep a pulling rope on them so when you need to pull the set closest to the cab, you can pull them with that rope. I still have not pulled mine as I could only reach the rear section.
In Georgia - my SF97 for my MK25 shipping weight was listed at 26,000 lbs. If the tag office allows you to purchase an register a tag based on the total weight you declare to ever carry/tow, if that total weight stays at/under 26,000 lbs, a regular Class C driving license should suffice...
Are all MTVR's capable of towing the same weight capacities? I came across the attached MK31 and it has a GCWR of 138,200 lbs.

138,200 lbs. (62686 kg)

I have seen those plates before. Thanks for sharing them. The military requested for them to be 'derated' when they accepted the posted trailer rating of 22,000 lbs. Unless I am interpreting their data wrong. They list max cargo of 30,000 lbs and max trailer of 22,000.

I’m sure I’ll get many different answers but I’ll stop at a weight station and talk with DOT. The listed max trailer weight of 22,000 may be the show stopper.
I spoke with an Oshkosh Defense, Product Training Center's Technical Support Specialist today and he told me the military derated the trucks and the GVWR is all they requested. I asked if they would re-rate it to their true rated capacities and ofcourse they said they would not and the military...
