If trying to do a bumper on the cheap, It strikes me that the 4 support braces are not really necessary as all of the weight is on the the inner and outer brackets.
Sort of like whistlepig's earlier statement, they're probably good to have if you plan on airlifting it, but not really necessary...
That's funny. I was literally just reading the same chart after searching 'grade 8 bolt shear strength'. Now, I'm sure it's not going anywhere. I just look at it and compare to twenty 1/2" bolts going through mine.
I installed the same seats in mine. Not difficult except the drivers seat required a bit of work. The install was documented here:
