the light bulbs are all good, still no blinkers

I've recently obtained my very own m1009. I found that the turn signals and hazards do not work. The fuses checked out but i replaced them anyway and the other lights are working. Any suggestions? Are there separate bulbs for the flashers? Anything will help.
