How sad. My prayers are with the family.
Being around the hobby so long, this sort of thing kind of shakes you up. You get the feeling that these trucks are some of the best built on the road. Even then, I guess they won't stop everything. :(
You would think that would be worse and more than make them happy. Considering all the rain water it must catch that later runs back down into the tank.
BUT, since it isn't on the forms that they must go by, they probably will not agree with me.
That is a real shame.
Yep. From what I've gathered, it is about impossible to bring back US lend lease armor. But I've heard it is relatively easy to bring back a Russian tank.
Kind of silly imo. After you take the gun off, you just have an armored tractor. Many modern bulldozers would...
I'm sure some of you have seen this thing on ebay by now
sounds interesting: Poyaud V-8 that delivers 520 HP and a new French FTR-L-44/57 of 105 mm cannon
How exactly would someone get this to the US from Argentina? It kind of sounds like a lend lease tank that the brits sold Argentina. I...
If you feel like driving to Canada you might see some converted into Drill Tanks.
I found this one yesterday while looking at drill tank pictures with google image search. only about 13k Canadian!
Me and my father purchased a couple of M1009s about three years ago. We ended up with 4 parts trucks. We were able to build my Dad one good truck out of the four.
The other 3 have problems. They are missing all doors and the rear tail gates. They are missing both front and rear axles. One...
I didn't see another thread about this, nor did I see any rules saying you can't post craigslist post....
Looks like a heavily butchered Burma Jeep. Owner claims it runs. 600$
burma jeep
too far for me. But I remembered a handful of people here having Burma Jeep projects.
now we both know that farmers and loggers need to be protected from M35A2's running over their feet. Or exploding randomly. Or turning into big killer robots.
They become so much more dangerous than any other truck if you try to work them...
And we have to protect people from that...
On the surface this does seem better than previous alternatives. But I wonder if the senator will make good on his efforts. And is there even time for him to do so? Isn't the other bill going to be voted on rather soon? And why hasn't Sen. Erpenbach contacted the makers of the other bill and...
It sounds like a gamble to me. If I'm reading your argument right, you are banking on the chance to pursue less restrictive regulations in the future. That sounds like risky business to me, but then again, I live in a state where all forms of alcohol are banned in more than a handful of...
I did a little digging and found a M37 and some power wagons near Keremeos BC.
That is way to far for me. Maybe someone on the west coast can get it.
