Identify This Firetruck!
Avn-Tech - no that is an offical USAF Photo... I have been researching the O-11A for almost 10 years off and on. Identify This Firetruck!
The Truck was full of CO2. No water or foam. The Circles were where the CO2 came out. Also a handline was able to be used. The one on the boom could get over the area the CO2 was needed. The one at the bumper moved on its own left to right...- Fireman5230

Just got an R2 crash truck
The part you see that is angled is to store a ladder. The idea was this truck at the time was the RESCUE truck of the USAF. The bigger O-10's and O-11As and B's would use foam to fight the fire and "cut a path" to the plane. The Rescue Crew would then get the crew out. A ladder would be used to...- Fireman5230
