Yes, GenII (P2) cabs are NBC sealed (see filter/blower unit behind driver). Gen1 cabs are pressure sealed for blast resistance but I'm not sure on the NBC, google wasn't much help for the older style cabs. None of my cabs came equipped with it from the factory.
