I don't know that the oil pressure switch is a necessity as much as a nicety and I do know that it can sometimes be a problem....You don't have to run an electric fuel pump you can just find another place to drop you're oil back into the pan. The usual recommendation is to us a Punch to punch...

yeah Bomar I just got my news letter from HDT. Expensive sure, but it is a limited edition run of 200. For the most part it is a custom motorcycle.
