well, I figured out by just removing the plastic layer from the inside is easy but time consuming and the window turned out really nice and I'm working on the second window. I will be posting all my work on my G503 account as I progress with a link to my YouTube videos to share how to do it.

Holy Diver!!!!!!!! Thats a lot of money for inserts replacement. I thought about doing that but before I wanted to know the pricing I tried to start to cut the seal on the outside of the window and man that is very difficult. I tired a test run and man I had not a good progress.
Ok, I just want to understand the process. Looking at your picture Greg, when cutting we are talking about cutting the glass itself from the inside? What type of blade did you use?
