The only thing I’ve done differently in the last week. Was install a new dash pad, But I never hit any of the wiring harness or remove the instrument clusters, I did use dialectic grease on the clean terminal ends when reinstalling
I did replace fan with a good one that I also checked before I installed it, also the resistor beside it with one tested and good!
crank truck , hit fan switch to medium speed, no fan still and gen light 1 on ! Cut switch off from fan, gen 1 light off! All alternator functioning as they should...

I just was making sure as to not mess up or trash the ctis some how by inadvertently taking it off or capping it off. knew it had to be placed there for a reason!!! lol
just was trying to jeep more air psi in that secondary tank! it bleeds off pretty good and with the treaded plastic bottom...

and superman are you referring to unscrewing the bowl and take out the internals? and just to be clear. you are or are not suppose to cap off the bottom? because some people I ve talk to , don't have them on there...
