I have been doing some reading on here and so i went out and got a st85 glow plug relay and it started right up two times then i went for a drive turned it off and now it wont fire again. I have no idea what to do if someone can help me out that would be great. Thanks

Thanks guys... yeah i got this starter that took a crap on me off ebay this is the second one, i sent one back all ready it had bad brushes i think and now this one is doing the same thing so im just going to 12v its just going to be so easy to find a good starter.

i had the batteries load tested and one was bad i got a new one and it still does the same thing. so tonight i am going to take off the starter and have it bench tested. i cleaned all the terminals on the gpr and it stopped making that noise.
would this work for a new glow plug solenoid its a 24v thats what i need right or do i need a 12v. it is still a 24v system and plan on keeping it that way. SPST 24V 85A Insulated Continuous Solenoid
when i charge the batteries i un-hook everything and charge them one at a time. i found a ground wire that was loose to, so i tightened it up it was on the motor where the main ground is at. now it make a weird noise here is a video i just took the noise is coming from the solenoid that is right...

yeah when i made that video the charger said that one battery was at 90% and the other at 95%. ill post back when i have someone come over in a half our or so. i will have to take the batteries to the shop in the morning to get load tested.
where is the glow plug relay at on it and how do you tell if that is bad? because the starter is only about two weeks old, not that it couldn't go bad...thanks for the help
