It handles them well however it does have suspension mods, it has 9 leafs per wheel and steering stabiliizer and power steering

I added a side air scoop on each side of the truck because it gets pretty hot in the back on hot summer days, the one in pic has a pipe attached to it lets a lot of air in, it can also be closed off with a door that I work with a spring from inside the truck

I do rub the drag link where it is bolted to steering box if i turn to sharply, if i had more offset wheels it would probably not do it.

I went with a small all black grant wheel, due to the fact that I switched my truck to power steering it steers with 1 finger now, great upgrade

I have added some bigger beef, it now sports 42" swampers

I installed some west coast mirrors due to the fact that I needed some better visibility when towing also some custom emblems.

here is my 76 ambulance rolls on 37" tires I've since added new front leafs went from a 4" rough country lift to a 6" tuff country front leafs and a few custom made leafs added to the pack also added a few to the stock rear springs along with 5.5" blocks now a little stiff riding but super...
