funny thing mine just started doing the same thing. I just had to flush my heater core and put it all back together. now the fan stays on. Ill try some of these tricks. old thread but searching this site for things is so nice.
I have a heat shield that is loose on pass rear. It is broken off at the rear. I need to put two exhaust bolts in and this thing is really in the way. Can I just take it off, and leave it off.
Ok I think I get it, But please forgive my ignorance, Why can't you just splice directly into the sending unit wire with the single tach wire? Im sure the switch serves a purpose but my little Brain doesn't get it... lol. Thank you very much for the response.
