Crewcab M923A2 Project I'm about done with.

I've seen several cabs in the $500-700 price range. Of course non of those were close to me. I ended up buying a complete parts truck for $3000. Used what I needed and now parting out the rest.

Yes, did everything myself. You split the floor all the way to back wall and spread front portion out to line up. Several pics on these forums showing guys who did this.

    M923 receiver/hitch assembly

Pic of my hitch. Only in it for $100 in material. Analyzed by local engineer and more then stout enough.

I didn't want them too high above the cab. Figured with the slant cut and positioned behind the intake there would be no issues.

Crewcab M923A2 Project I'm about done with.

Started with a M923A2 and cab from a M931A1. Removed 18 inches from frame and 5.5 feet from bed. Added 16r20's along with two HEMTT wheels for the front. Custom hitch and dual exhaust stacks. Relocated batteries to the side box.

    M923a1 failure, need input.

Just went thru this with my newly purchased 250. Within twenty miles I destroyed the complete block and crank. Number one liner leaked coolant into the pan and then spun bearings. That destroyed the thrust bearings which destroyed the block. Great way to start ownership.

    M925 NHC 250 starter needed

I've got an OE rebuild for $489 that's completely rebuilt, all parts. Also have a gear reduction unit that is $390 that is brand new, combo of USA and Japanese parts. Gear reduction is whats going in mine when needed.
