They've brought a PBR out to our local parades for a number of years now, it's quite the treat. They actually have two, currently in the care of the Game Wardens NW. Both are fully restored, fully operational. They usually set up a staircase next to the boat and have it on display all morning...
I know it's really late asking, what's the plan for tomorrow in Centralia? I was surprised to learn that they're not doing anything at all in Borst Park this year, serious bummer there.
I got a late notice from my wife's mom via the face book group (she's on facebook, we're not) that the group...
Ah ha! Thank you so much! we'll plan for that, then. Awesome. Sad to hear about the park, that's unfortunate. But at least we're still doing something together as a group.
So, I know this is pretty much a last minute request, I kinda lost track of time and didn't realize how close the 4th is. We started sheep farming (an M923 makes an excellent sheep hauler, who knew?), and have been really distracted with that.

Unfortunately, despite how relatively close we are, I am unavailable for at least the next four weeks, possibly longer, due to previous commitments. Is anyone else able to lend a hand?
I just wanted to update that this thread hasn't been forgotten or ignored. I haven't had a chance to do much on the M923 yet. Some things in real life came up, interfering with my ability to get out there and work on the truck. I did get the lower connector chiseled open, so that's a start. And...
This is the correct connector, yes?
I had a few minutes before work this morning, so I went out and checked the screw connector. It's put together pretty tight. So tight, I couldn't get it loose with a pair of channel locks. I don't think it's coming off there anytime soon.
