    Neutral is insulated. Did that after taking the previous related picture. Pulled the meter. I have 800lbs of neat melting.....

    1. Disconnected now. 2. No 3. Yes once I'm done. 4. Nothing, it's fine. Power poles broke off on the main feeder line by the road about 3 miles away. 5. Yes, it's a 2 wire phase + neutral.
