So today I finally got my oil pressure switch and as predicted it solved all the problems. The Oil pressure and STOP light are working correctly now. The next project is fixing the heater.

Okay boys we did it. It now starts right up. As Ronmar said the problem was from the VIM control. I had 6 relays in there 5 of which were 24 volt and one that was 12 volt. when I changed that to a 24 volt the problem was resolved. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for helping...
