    Stewart & Stevenson Grille Emblem Has anyone found a source for the Stewart & Stevenson grille emblem? Some lowlife stole mine last week, drilled the rivets out and took it....that's pretty sorry to show up with a cordless drill and do that. thanks, rick

    Andy started this post because of my starter issues. My 1078 would not restart when the engine had been run for a while and was warm.... but when it cooled down it would start again. I checked relays, replaced the frame mounted solenoid, grounded out the thermal protection switch..... nothing...

    With the gear reduction starter you had no problem getting it past the frame into position to bolt it up? How many hook up points are on the starter you bought and do you have a link for where you bought yours? thanks, rick

    Look on Craigslist for a free working stove/ovens, people are always trying to give them away. You can control the load by turning on more burners and the oven. Two stoves will give you more than a 110% load on a 803. Free controllable load tester.
