    Progressive or Hagerty for full coverage. Most any carrier will give you liability only

    Progressive and Hagerty will no problem. Any other provider must give you liability if you can get a plate. That's what my agent at Farm Bureau told me. I went with Progressive. Easier and cheaper and full coverage.
