i have checked the forks. i will have to double check that as soon as i get back in town. It is possible i fudged it up when i put the top cover back on. i would think if a shift for was out of position i wouldn't be able to even get in gear.

I think your probably right Doghead. The vent looks fine and have reserviced it twice. guess I'm dropping a trans this weekend. First time dropping one in a deuce. Any tips or tricks to make it go a little smoother.

I Plumbed and rewired the air horn. bought some Weather stiping to hopefully seal the doors a little bit better. Then hit the local mud hole.
