Does anybody know what the torque rating is for the T-1138 transfer case?

It won't add 28". Just rim and spacer thickness, as the inner wheel is reversed.

No rust on the delivery valve. Was good fuel, and just had oil change done.

I hold the shutdown solenoid in the run position, and when I move the throttle shaft, the rack doesn't move. It stays in the shutdown position. It won't start as well. I move the rack with a screwdriver, it runs. The rack acts like it's gummed up. I can move it back and forth, but it's stiff, or...

Yes. I pulled the hex plug out of the top of the governor section. The rack doesn't move with the throttle lever, and it moves rather sluggish with a screwdriver. Was running fine, new fuel. It just sat for two years, and viola!

If I have to year it apart, I will. Just trying to avoid that.

Does anyone have a fix for an 8.3 injection pump rack that is sticking?

Agreed, just latex is so soft and I just want to spot in where needed. So far the flat camo paint from tsc, matches pretty good. It just is cost prohibitive. Thanks.

Why does it seem like many people are using behr latex paint on their trucks? Does anybody make enamel or acrylic paint that can be used?

Yes the one fuse under the dash blows when the power is turned on, and the antilock light is on, as well. Unrealted to this issue. Thanks.
