Omg I didn’t realize what forum I was posting in. I thought I was in a ford truck forum. Sorry!
Some LED lights work with both voltages. What kind of light is it?

I’m trying to find the spot in the TMs where it shows how to adjust the idle on the diesel engine but I’m coming up with nothing! Does anyone know how to do this? Current idle speed is just at 500 rpm.

Ok that splined nut at the end of the arm (at least that’s what’s on my vehicle) was loose on both motors! Tightened them up and they’re working now. Kind of. The drivers side wipes good, the passenger side might need some oil. I don’t have any so I’ll have to get some after work tomorrow.
My...
I’ll check that also! That sounds like a real good reason why the inside manual control goes through the motion but the wiper doesn’t. Thanks!

I tried using them today and the manual lever inside would go back and forth but the blade hardly moved. Are they rebuildable or am I better off buying some?

Got it working! Starts with the push-button now. The wire from the voltage regulator was the ticket. Gave power to the dash. I’ve got one connection from that “spider” that I’m not sure where it goes. It might be to the original ammeter but this one has an aftermarket one. Also, oil pressure...
I’m seeing in (what I hope is the right one) diagram that a wire comes off the regulator and goes to the bus bar.
I can’t find anything else about this bus bar.
Also, is there supposed to be an empty connection on the bottom passenger side of the regulator?

Helps a ton!
So that smaller wire from the alternator goes all the way back to the battery? Makes sense. I was wondering where that went. It’s pretty long.
I’ve got positive going to the starter, and negative is grounded at the frame.
There’s one wire in the cab that goes out the firewall...
Yeah I definitely will be careful.
As for the “power out”, am I correct in thinking one lead goes to the starter and another goes to the generator/alternator? Like I said, I THINK it pigtails under the dash into 2 leads.

It does not have the 3-switch light switch. I don’t think the person installing the batteries had any idea what they were doing. There was no ground connected at all. One positive post went to one of the aftermarket battery disconnect switches on the dash where it put-tails. I assume, due to the...
