    cold weather start

    it was 9 this morning at my house in tennessee and on the mountain the wind was blowing about 10-15 so it was cold. my m1008 started on its first crank. and i love the high rev for warming it up.:-D

    i have looked throughout the site looking for info on ball joints for a 08 but haven't had any luck. my truck has been in the shop for 5 days now and they tell me that they can not find replacement ball joints for the truck, has anyone had this problem or know of where i can get replacements.

    I know it is far away but there is a guy near me that has 5 m1008 for sale and will help finance them as well. he is asking 3200 but i bought mine from him for 2500. no problems just no front drive shaft.

    plugs for m1008

    i have been told to check the ohms and they should be between .5 and 3 ohms. i just haven't figured out how they are getting that reading. when i test mine with the positive lead on the plug and the ground to the engine i get an open curcit, not .5 to 3. any help?
