Just purchased my first CUCV. Been sitting behind a neighbors barn for 8yrs. A 1984 M1008, completely original but in need of cosmetic repair (small amount of rust), and mechanical attention from sitting. Originated at fort butner in NC. Paperwork still in the glovebox, then ended up as a brush truck for the butner NC fire dept. Until my neighbor bought it.
