Does anyone know it the circuit card controls the “fork spread/retract” (in/out). I’m having a hard time understanding the schematic. It looks like it controls the auto level but I wasn’t sure if it controlled anything else. Thank you

Is there a way to test the circuit card? I have 24v coming in but with the joystick button pushed in and stroked there is no output. I will read through the manual in the meantime. Thanks!
