    there was shrapnel still embedded in the body in the transmission pan and in bent lower floor armor and tires.when i was working for contractors i had to fix ied damage several times its an ied probly a heat sensitive one

    the ied took out the engine & transmission pan bent the floor/toe armor on pass side and destroyed both front tires bullet strikes penetrated driver armor and driver rear quarter

    truck is a 2011 m1114 that struck an ied and took out the motor probably around 2015 or so is what i have gleemed from the fact that the body/ frame and parts looks brand new before it was parted out.it was only painted once since new and had 3 original tires 50% or better tread and 1 80%...

    i got it figured out it was the gunner armor plate for some reason they completely disassembled the gunner position but all that was missing was a bracket from the gunner platform

    Do any of you know what this plate that came with my m1114 is ment to go it seems to have a ammo can rack and a seatbelt attached to it or what the weird box on the windshieldis? if any one has photo of the plate installed so i know what i am missing. thaks

    Has anyone ever seen hood numbers that start 03G bought from the army in the late 80s-early90s they didn't bother to cover the markings since the motor was seized front end damaged missing front bumper and the windshield shot out by a mg on one side
