The latest version (2018, 017) of the Dana/Spicer troubleshooting guide seems to have the most detail of the system function. Soapy water spray bottle, shop air supplying the wet tank and a very quite area to listen for leaks worked for me. LRHolding

Finally got back to CTIS issue. Suprman i believe hit the nail on the head. I connected air supply to wet tank and repeatedly started the system searching for leaks. Suspected front left wheel hub was leaking. Capped supply line to wheel and system worked properly, steady terrain light...

Oh man.....i need one of those soon bad!!! Super cool

Purchased a 1997, m1078 the end of January. I've put 900 miles on it to date. We use it to and from farm, on farm and as a large "tool box". I had to replace the oil cooler base, which developed a hairline crack that leaked oil as the engine warmed up. Looked like a freak mfg. defect. $450...

Should be able to get back to working on this later the week, will let ya know what I find.

Stellaevil, thanks. I never could find any discussions or information about HWY and RUNFLAT flashing at the same time. I assume a faulty QRV could cause this?

hmmm....can I fool the system by connecting 55 psi air tank to line feeding T, that feeds both QRVs? This would eliminate any issues downstream of that point?? Or is my thinking faulty here?? New to site, so not sure if we should have this conversation off of this thread????

No sound other than what i believe is the QRV or wheel valve opening to release air sporadically....Initially the HWY light would flash for longer before run flat joined in, now it is almost instantaneous....tires hold air. I was thinking pressure sensor/transducer of manifold may be whacky?

I have read many threads but have yet to see a description of the fault i am seeing, upon start up the highway light flashes for a few seconds then the run flat,only joins in and flashes.....tires will eventually loose air pressure???

Just curious of anyone else has had an issue with a hairline crack causing an oil leak on the oil cooler base? It was a pleasure to change out, not!
