Any suggestions on how to remove the fuel pump when the screws strip out when any torque is applied to them that holds the pump to tank ? Iam considering using a dremel to cut a notch into the screws in hopes that will work but iam hesitant on grinding on a fuel tank .
There are 3d printing farms out there that manufacture alot of items not just prototypes . small scale vs large scale .
I use a creality ender 3 v2 in which it works out great and is inexpensive for what it is . Another good thing about plastic 3d printing is you can upgrade the printer with...
Thats disappointing as i picked up a oil spin on conversion from westfolk years ago and eventually planned to get the fuel spin on adapters from him as well .
I would take line off before it got to to the IP or injectors for first stage of my plan keeping it just filters and lines for this stage , I planned on mixing it on a bit of the higher side but after getting the bottle of biocide in today my original plan of pure biocide in the lines/filter...
The m35a2 has been sitting for awhile after some algae and other strange growth has appeared in the fuel system . When i first drained the tank years ago there was green liquid coming out of the primary filter drain which i have to assume is some sort of algae then i found some white paste like...
I am in a similar situation with my deuce as i let fuel set it in for months so i have to change out all the filters (had green fluid with yellow clouds in it when i opened the drain on the primary filter) . Iam not sure if this helps as i am still learning about the m35 but mine dumps fuel back...
Iam looking at the secondary fuel filter on napa and it is showing a "secondary" filter http://www.napaonline.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx/Fuel-Filter-Secondary-Gold-/_/R-FIL3512_0271542674 which has the same part number as the regular 3512 filter . So my question is are these the same...
It would be fantastic to convert the fuel filters over to spin on filters but those are pricey. Is it me or does it look to be that yarn material is some sort of pre filter on top of the paper filter?
I ended up leaving winter diesel in the tank without treating it last winter aua (it was my first diesel) so i ended up getting a white chalky/algae type material in the fuel . I pumped out all the fuel and the tank looks relatively clean with no white gunk anywhere to be seen so i bought some...
I don't want to derail thread but the horn does works its just the turn signal switch couldn't get a good ground on there column either way that was just a quick fix and planning on making it look less noticeable in the future .
I had a turn signal issue but mine would just stay static as if the flasher wasn't there , I first cleaned the ground at the flasher then that didn't fix it but then i put a ground from the turn signal switch to the dash and its been working every since. Give this a shot and hopefully it will...
The trucklites i have are very bright and seem to be very sturdy so far. These lights are a massive improvement over the stock ones of course , i cant say much about HIDs as ive never had any experience with them . If you watch ebay you can find the trucklites in the $200-$300 range also the LED...
