Update : changed starter's Bolt but still grinding.
Checked flywheel's Bolt torque but still grinding.
Put 2mm shim on outside starter's Bolt but still grinding.
I put the starter down, open It and checked the pinion.( The rebuit shop changed It but ,now, I'm not sure of their work)

I followed your suggestion, It was very difficult and expensive to find new starter bolts but if that is what is needed to make the pickup work then I will do it.

Find 1/4 " threaded Rod here It Is quite difficult. I'm thinking about welding on top of the Bolt a stud.
