I need the markings from the above mentioned unit so I can aply them to my fathers M1008 CUCV I will be graetfull for any info you can give me thanks.
He was with the 126 Panel Bridge Company under the 248th Enginer Batallion, company comander from 19 oct 89 to1 Aug 1992. any marking info will be much appreciated.

I got mine from Colmans.com a military surplus suplyer, The can cost 50$ and was in great shape almost new. By the way get a good large funel for refueling from the jerry can, the spouts you can get take a wile to empty from.
