    my 4000 forklift , we have replaced the air brake parts, they work, need to find out how to bleed the brakes, and type fluid it needs. Brakes suddenly stopped working. Machine only has 1800 hrs, bought aucion from local Marine reserve. Marine unit in color etc.

    I have a 4000 lb forklift built in 1989 by Defense technology, very similar to other 4000 lb ones, A couple of members have been nice enopugh to upload some TM for me. Mine has air over hydraulic brakes, others are all hydraulic. Mine has no master cylinder like others, ;air chamber is mounted...
