Replaced primary and secondary fuel filters with spin-ons. Bypassed the FDC. Now to turn down the fuel, install pyro, replace the old and brittle plastic fuel lines, and replace oil filters with spin-ons.
Installed A3 style instrument cluster with all new gauges in my 87 A2, 'cept speedo and tach, and replaced low air buzzer. PO had replaced '87 cluster with older model that did not have hole for hydraulic failure light--he simply left it hanging under the dash. Fixed.
Ditto. Marine Corps orders, at least when Shep was a pup, were quite specific about where and how to mark vehicles (TM 4750-15/??). Hood markings were the protocol.
