I thought HMMWV frames did not have any serial numbers? I thought they were on the data plate only (sail panel on b-pillar, drivers side). At least that was what I was just told.
:) Yes, but is it legal? I don't see why not but when I was looking 6-7 years ago for an HMMWV, I was told I would not be able to drive it on the street.
