I recently had the same problem. I pressurized my fuel tank with a compressor hose and pressurized the system. I started the truck after that with no problem. I also cracked the injector pump to bleed out any air just to be safe. I haven't had any problems after that.

I've read the TM lube order and if I remember correctly the transmission called for 15/40 as well. I also read the power steering called for 10 something, is that 10 weight motor oil as well?

What was required to change the oil over? Obviously new fluid and filters and a oil pan gasket. Anything else special?
