Help Finding Orings for MRAP Tire Valve

I just matched the O-rings up at a local truck supply shop. Call a local military base or armory unit and they can help you on the valve.

    MRAP Caiman Plus Tires

Look at Eastern Surplus or talk to a local Armory. Your weight sounds right, we also weighed ours with portable-scales and just under 60,000 lbs is what our caiman weights.

    MRAP Caiman

I will look through my manuals and see if there is any schematics that might help you. Our Caiman is in great shape and I have had no electrical issues with charging system. Had an A/C issue which I fixed, and then I solved the sticky brake issue.

    MRAP parts identification

Well my order is in and waiting on parts. If you don't need to replace the bearings you can order KIT7188 and that will be seals only. The brake calipers are still Mil-Spec and the pads are also. The rotors are still same mil-spec, the only thing that isn't is the Brake Chambers which will be...

    MRAP parts identification

Alright here is an update. The commercially available brake Chamber part #'s are Meritor D63-3276X24 or MGM brand MJB2430ET756. These will require a little plumbing work because they have zero degree offset on fittings. The BAE required 30 degree offset. So there might have to be some fittings...

Another update to this brake issue. I'm getting the part #'s for some commercial brake chambers. The BAE requirement on the park brake system was to hold truck at a 30 degree incline. So when theres a fluctuation in air pressure the brakes come on. As LE we don't need that heavy of a park spring...

I'm working on getting the required pressure on the chamber. It's noted that BAE had a problem and Meritor was working with them on fixing it...

Thanks to a great guy at Meritor I was able to get part#'s for everything finally. I couldn't get a direct answer but he did say I was on right track on the NHTSA warning. The part #'s are Rotor 23123770002, Pads KIT2252L2DA, Chamber D303276X24 & D293276X24 (depends on side), Seal A1205V2830...

Thank you on the brake chamber part # , I needed that. The above mounts next to seat are a stretcher mount setup. I took them out of ours and installed more suspension seats.
