    i just use 2 metal plates under the wheels with a little sand under them.. Turns back a forth easy peasy.

    Mine had a flat panel riveted to outside. Under it was the Am General Lettering.. See if you have a raised panel with perimeter rivets.. I drilled em out and the panel came off..
