Shenkman, Joe Herman passed away last week. He organized the RC trips for several years. He had been sick for about a year. Great guy and I am going to miss him. Glad to see the RC rides are continuing. I might need to run a military truck on a rally again.

My piston is sticking again. I removed hydraulic head once before and after cleaning it ran fine, but now months later the piston keeps sticking. All the big vendors that pop up on a google search or out of stock.

As I said in the first post, I put a remove reservoir on my M35A2, that wasn’t the question. USMC 00-08 posted the pic I asked for. Id like an extension, if I can get one. If not I have the reservoir bottle and hose ready to go.

I found a few pics of this brush truck in service. 2003 and 2010.

I just got a 1953 M211 brush truck. the truck runs nice and the transmission shifts firm. After bleeding the brakes, it stops good as well. It has a faded Civil Defense tag on it. I am not sure how long ago it was sold by the volunteer fire co, but they took good care of it because it is solid.

Just a follow up. I removed the HH and cleaned it up, all the ports and passages. The plunger had been stuck. I tapped it and freed it, but I think that caused the button to fall off the bottom. Long story short, cleaned it and installed a new retainer for the button and it started right up...
