Mori, what you need is the 7409553 wear ring for the wheel seal. It is used on all the five tons that don't have CTIS. The wheel seal is 7409550 / 7979349 also used on all the five tons. Just about any dealer should have both items. Gimpy, I think your sleeve is for the transmission flange

the freight would be tough but I think I saw NOS tailgates at White Owl. I will be going by there on the way to the beach next week and I can check for you . But it is probably just as easy to call or email them if you can't find one closer

last summer white owl had them for 75.00. They were NOS and were dry so you had to add the acid to them. But being dry you could ship them ups.
