Added in on the gauge cluster, looks like a HMMWV wait-to-start light, only starts blinking when you do around 60 mph. Anybody seen that?

Gauge never worked since I got the truck, changed sender and gauge. Is there a chance the wires behind the gauge were swapped from the beginning? When I flip on the start switch, the gauge moves just a tad, so its getting power but it doesn't register while engines running.
