Look at the M-1010 setup. If you could get the various brackets the M-1010 has that you don't, you could put an AC compressor in. You would have to move the batteries to the rear of the cab in order to get the AC plumbing routed correctly, I think. That was my plan before I found my civilian...

It's a new Bosch water pump. It looks to be the same as the old water pump. I think there were some imperfections in the casting that caused it to rub on the balancer. Ground a little of that away and it seems to fit better. At least now the holes line up and it seems to be off of the balancer...
