There is no problem. Just replacing the lines on one of my units with 1/8" and started asking myself the question. I have had combustion issues on larger engines with very small restrictions in the return line in the past.
Can anyone say whether there is an issue with higher return pressure using the the 3.2mm id hose (1/8") versus the a 3.5mm id hose? For the injector return on a MEP803a.

I have an 803 with poor compression. It was apparently swamped. Demoh and I pulled the head tonight and found very light pitting on the cylinder walls. My options are to replace the engine or overhaul.
