Stock 6.5 stuff works well

I built a slip yoke cv rear shaft using a ford F350 front shaft. Works outstanding. Im not sure what I want to do with the front, but I will figure it out.

And you are correct. I only have crossover. Not high steer.

My driveshaft definitely binds. Its almost binding sitting still. Thats the next project. Not sure how im going to tackle it yet.

I do have crossover. 6 inch lift(7 up front from zero rates). I havent measured mine exactly. But they are 39.5x13.5s

Installed a set of 39.5" IROKs and Mickey Thompson wheels the other day... I was able to minimize fender trimming by using zero rates up front and pushing the front axle forward 1.5". Only had to clip the front edge of the front fenders.

I assume you are talking about the rubber grommets. I installed it on top of them Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk

Its running my winch. 500 amp service plug. Figured i should use it for something.

Winch rebuild wasnt bad. Got to try the winch once. 03 duramax crew cab sunk to the frame. Tied the truck to a telephone pole and the winch never groaned. Definitly a strong unit. Thanks guys

Yep. New motor and contactor arrived. Had to chisle all the potted plastic off. Motor full of water

The problem with these military versions is the motor and solenoids are potted in rubber of some sort. I dont know how I will get it apart.

Winch power hookup. Works great. But bad news. Winch motor appears to be bad. Have to hit it with a hammer to get it to start, and when it does, the motor is very slow to begin with then speeds up. Now to disassemble it.
