it was simply a questions Justin. :) what i should have said was "One could do both, right?" my BAE has already had the gear change and t-case change - the idea behind the persons suggestion was to get crawler like settings by using this transfer case. to be honest I am contemplating it...
Can you do both? Dual T with axle gear change, at the same time. Would that yield higher highway speeds and still allow crawler type gears in t-case? (novice question, from a novice)

MODE & CTIS seem to be the only two things, well - that I know about, that do not seem to be covered. CTIS is briefly covered but not even to the extent your pdf showed. And MODE isn't even mentioned anywhere.
