Are the m813 cab and the m35a2 cab the same or can they be used / swapped from one model to the other with minor mods? I have a lead on a good m35a2 cab but was wondering if it will fit on my m813 five ton truck and what I would have to change or modify to make it work?

Any other parts of the air system I should look at? That could be causing the delay in releasing the pressurized air from the brake system? When testing what you mentioned, I ended up removing that glad hand cover to rule out any issues with it
